Domestic shipping (Egypt):
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days (where available)
Packaging: Every ZOJAJ order is carefully packed to protect your glassware during transit. We use protective wrapping to ensure your piece arrives safely.
Damaged in transit: If your item arrives broken, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
