• All products are handmade from upcycled glass and may vary slightly from photos — this is intentional and part of what makes each piece unique
• Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice
• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
• ZOJAJ reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if an item is unavailable
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• All content on this website (photos, text, branding) is the property of ZOJAJ and may not be used without permission
